Day 1:
Nairobi to Amboseli National park. {Road trip 260Km}.
7:00 am: Depart Nairobi for an interesting drive eastwards enjoying breathtaking scenery of open plains and rural villages just after leaving the Nairobi metropolitan district. We proceed on with our drive heading south of the Athi basin passing through the towns of Machakos, Salama and Sultan Hamud. We take a break at Emali town for bathrooms and refreshments.
We then proceed on through the Masai plains of Meruesh and ibilkan to finally arrive at our Lodge or Camp in good time for lunch. After check in enjoy some time relaxing and familiarizing with the camp surroundings.
4:00pm: We can proceed on our first game drive in Amboseli visiting the numerous swamps dotting the park where big concentrations of elephants and hundreds of other grazing herbivores can be found, our game drive will be easy and unhurried searching for game opportunities and how to capture the best views of Mount Kilimanjaro that forms a beautiful backdrop of this beautiful park. Game drive lasts until sunset when we return you to camp for dinner and overnight at an Amboseli Lodge or Camp {FB}.
Day 2:
Amboseli National Park full day exploration.
6:00am: Opt for an early morning game drive to capture a beautiful sunrise in the horizons, this is also a perfect time to observe the early activities of predators and prey, you will penetrate the park watching various animals including elephant caravans heading to the swamps, Giraffes, zebras, wildebeest, warthog, ostriches, Gazelles, some predators and hundreds of birds, all can be seen and photographed against a beautiful backdrop of Mount Kilimanjaro. You return to the camp around 9:00am for a proper breakfast and relaxation. Your midmorning can be spent relaxing, or opt for a nature walk with a resident guide.
Another interesting activity will be to visit a traditional Masai village {Manyatta} for a cultural experience that includes a lecture and a brilliant performance of songs and dances by beautifully decorated Masai Morans. Lunch will be at the camp before proceeding on an afternoon game drive at 4:00pm until sunset when you return to camp for dinner and overnight.
OPTION 2
7:00am. Early breakfast at the camp enjoying beautiful views of Mt. Kilimanjaro from the camp restaurant, we then leave the camp with packed picnic lunches to spend an entire day inside the park, we shall have great opportunities and unhurried pace of watching animal behavior and capturing the best photographs, we shall be visiting the numerous water holes where wildlife like to concentrate for food and mud bathing, Our lunch today will be at the observation hill, the highest point in the reserve with beautiful 360 degrees view of the entire reserve. We embark on a return game drive after lunch with an option of visiting a community village for a cultural interaction. We shall arrive back to the camp in the evening after a marvelous day out in the park. Enjoy a camp fire outside by the night. Overnight at Amboseli Lodge or Camp {FB}.
Day 3:
Amboseli to Lake Naivasha {Road trip 320km}.
6:00 am. You wake up to spectacular scenes of the majestic Mount Kilimanjaro on a clear morning. After enjoying your breakfast, you will check out, load and board your vehicle. The drive to Lake Naivasha via Nairobi is a relaxing experience cutting across the scenic country side of the central highlands. You will stop at the wall of the great escarpment for a breathtaking view of this monumental geological formation dating millions of years. We plan to arrive in Naivasha in good time for lunch. Enjoy part of the afternoon relaxing before embarking on a late afternoon boat ride until sunset. The exciting 1 hour30 minutes boat excursion will get you to a close proximity with a pod of hippos and a variety of water birds including the African fish eagle, cormorants, darters, sea gulls, geese among others.
A variety of herbivores can also be spotted grazing on the banks from the comfort of your motorized boat, this includes Giraffes, Zebra, waterbuck, buffalo, Eland and gazelles.
Lake Naivasha is set on the floor of the great rift valley, the highlights of Naivasha circuit includes beautiful sceneries; the countryside is dotted with large yellow acacia trees, giant euphorbia cactus, bush shrubs and a variety of flower plants. Overnight at Lake Naivasha Lodge or camp {FB}.
Day 4:
Lake Naivasha to Masai mara. { Road trip 270 km}.
8:00am: Breakfast in Naivasha followed by morning departure to the world famous Masai mara game reserve. Our drive takes us through Longonot and Mai Mahiu rural villages. We then proceed on to the floor of the great Rift valley, driving through masai land with occasional spotting of gazelles and several herds of grazing cattle.Our drive continues through Narok town, an emerging business center,struggling to entangle itself from the Masai culture and dominance. We shall arrive at our Masai mara lodge or camp in good time for lunch and check in. Part of the afternoon will be at leisure before we embark on our first game drive in this sprawling park from 4:00pm until sunset when we return to camp for dinner and overnight.{FB}

Day 5:
Masai Mara full day exploration { Game circuit 100 Km}
7:00am. Enjoy a full breakfast at the camp,then shortly afterwards depart for a full day game drive in this sprawling Mara national game reserve, this day will enable you to penetrate the park further going as far as to the banks of the Mara river and up to the Tanzania serengeti border point. Enjoy an un hurried time by predator sightings and see the breath taking scenery and countless of migrating herds. A chance to witness a wildebeest river crossing may present itself before your eyes.Your picnic lunch today will be served under a convenient accacia tree overlooking the endless mara plains. After lunch we embark on a return game drive with an option of visiting a typical Masai cultural village{ Manyatta} for an exciting cultural interaction and a display of a rich traditional lifestyle of this nomadic community. We then return to the camp in the evening for an early dinner and overnight. {FB}
This day can also be readjusted if you would be interested to experience a bird’s eye view of the Mara plains on a hot air balloon, this is an amazing experience where you take off at dawn to capture the golden sunrise in the horizons followed by an hour over the Mara plains and eventually landing to a champagne breakfast in the wilderness. Full day game drive will then commence after you are picked up by your driver guide.

Day 6
Masai Mara to Nairobi; Hotel Dropoff or Airport departure.{Road trip 280km}
Breakfast in Masai mara is served from 6:30am, followed by our 9:00am departure for Nairobi,We shall be having an exciting drive passing through the great Rift valley while enjoying great scenery and beautiful landmarks including Mt.Suswa and Mt.Longonot, A brief stop for an early lunch and bathrooms will be included. A Picnic or hot lunch stop is scheduled in Narok or Mai Mahiu. we shall then proceed on to our Nairobi hotel or straight to the Airport arriving by sunset. This marks the end of our 6 days naked wilderness exploration of Kenya full of sheer excitement and great memories. {HB}
